SHIPPING

Where is my order coming from?

Option 1 Custom orders are fulfilled by hand with lots of love from our close-knit team in Brooklyn NY. Our U.S.A. Fulfillment center has the capability to ship both domestic and internationally. When placing a custom order you will have the opportunity to select and arrange your own shipping, otherwise we will gladly assist with shipping. 


Options 2 & 3 Custom Orders are made and shipped from the Bag-all factory overseas. When placing these custom orders you will have the opportunity to arrange your own shipping, otherwise we can gladly assist in arranging shipping. 


When can I expect my order? 

Option 1 Custom orders will normally get packed and ready to go within 5 business days. An estimated timeframe will be provided once the order has been placed. 

Once we have lovingly packed the order, we send a follow-up email that provides you all the tracking information. The package is then handed over to the third party carrier you chose at checkout. Keep in mind that you get to choose which carrier you want to use and how quickly you want the item to be shipped. However, keep in mind that the processing time of the order will be the same, regardless of the shipping type you choose. 


Options 2 & 3 Custom Orders vary based on order volume and specifications. An estimated production timeframe will be provided once an order has been placed. Where is my order? 

Track your order with the tracking number supplied in your confirmation email and/or text.

At Bag-all we do our best to pack your order perfectly! Once the package leaves our location it is in the shipping providers hands and we no longer have control of the package. Therefore, we can unfortunately not be responsible for orders that get lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

FAQ

What are my payment options?

Custom Orders require payment in full before production can begin, as these orders are final sale and non-refundable.


We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay.

How do I care for my bags?

Bag-all's gift bags, tote bags and organizing bags should be hand washed or machine washed on the hand wash program. All our products are printed with eco-friendly, water based, colors as we do not want to use plastic based colors. Since the colors are natural the print will fade a little bit with each wash. My cases collection and totes should all be spot cleaned. Tip! Baby wipes are fantastic to use for removing stains.

Our products are made of 100% natural cotton, which means they will become wrinkled if washed in a machine. Let the bags air dry flat and then iron them on low heat on the opposite side of the print. They become super soft over time:) Store the bags flat with the bottom folded between uses so the bags are ready to be used – and reused – over and over again.
